Free concert added to Â鶹¹ÙÍø WestFest Fall Festival

WestFest, a fall festival at Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s West Campus, adds a free concert to its line-up of family fun and entertainment. In addition to the music, the family-friendly carnival will feature food, games, and treats.
The concert features Michael Boggs, a nationally known Christian music artist, and songwriter. Boggs was raised near Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s West Campus in the Berryhill area and recently released a new CD titled “More Like a Lion.â€
Free hotdogs, chips, and water will be served to the first 500 people. The event is free and open to kids of all ages with fun activities for the whole family. Costumes are welcome. Come join the fun!
WestFest is 6 p.m. to 8p.m., Thursday, Oct. 24 at Â鶹¹ÙÍø West Campus Student Union, 7505 W 41st Street South.
The concert at WestFest is sponsored by Â鶹¹ÙÍø Student Activities and Baptist Collegiate Ministries. Phi Beta Lambda will sponsor a $1 cake walk to raise money for state and national conferences and the Veterinary Technology Student Organization will sponsor pumpkin decorating for kids with each pumpkin costing $1.

Â鶹¹ÙÍø President and CEO Leigh B. Goodson will be inducted into the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame's 2026 class. The statewide honor recognizes Goodson’s leadership at Â鶹¹ÙÍø and her broader contributions to higher education, student success, and educational opportunity in Oklahoma.
